Keep the meeting with the customer.

Start a call from the customer record or schedule it in the calendar. The meeting, customer context and notes afterwards stay connected in Kaduno.

How it fits into your day.

Example: a customer conversation

  1. Start now or schedule

Start a video call from a company, private customer or lead. For a scheduled conversation, open the calendar with the customer and video already selected.

  2. Choose where to meet

Use Kaduno video where configured, or paste a meeting link from Teams, Google Meet or Zoom. Share the link, or let the customer find the meeting in their signed-in account when portal access is enabled.

  3. Keep what you agreed

End the meeting and record questions, decisions and next steps. For company meetings, the note is saved on the customer timeline, giving the next conversation a natural starting point.

The details behind the workflow.

What you can do, what you control and what to consider before getting started.

Meetings and calendar together

The meeting list separates upcoming, ongoing and completed calls. Scheduled video calls can send customers a reminder with the meeting link; the store chooses the timing.

Give the customer the right way in

The customer account shows the meeting only when both portal access and sharing for that meeting are enabled. In Kaduno video, participants can choose their camera, microphone and name before the call.

Transcription is a separate choice

Transcription is available for calls hosted in Kaduno video, is off by default and requires the service to be configured. When used, participants can choose how their contributions are retained. The store controls transcript retention.

Good to know.

Can we keep Teams or Google Meet?

Yes. Add an existing link from Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or another meeting service. Kaduno attaches the link to the meeting; the call itself takes place with the chosen provider.

Are meetings transcribed automatically?

No. A host starts transcription in Kaduno video when configured, and participants’ choices determine which contributions may be stored. Calls using external meeting links are not transcribed by Kaduno.

Can we hold internal meetings too?

Yes. From the meeting list you can create an internal call without choosing a customer. Meeting access follows the store’s setup, and private calendar appointments have their own access limits.
