Bring Kaduno into ChatGPT.

Ask about sales, find an order or draft a product in the assistant you already use. ChatGPT and Claude can work with Kaduno through your own account and the store’s permissions.

How it fits into your day.

Example: from a question to a follow-up

  1. Connect to the right store

Open Kaduno’s connection page, choose the connection that fits your role and sign in. If you have several stores, choose which one the assistant should work in.

  2. Ask about the work in front of you

Get reports, look up products, find customers and orders, or ask for content drafts. Available tasks follow the store’s modules and your role.

  3. Follow up with control

Actions that require confirmation show what will happen before they run. Bulk changes can be sent to a review in Kaduno. Changes are logged with the person and app that made them.

The details behind the workflow.

What you can do, what you control and what to consider before getting started.

Access follows the person

The assistant gets no more permissions than you have in the selected store. A reader can read, while a content editor can work on content without gaining permission to change prices.

Choose what is shared

The store chooses whether customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses are sent in full, masked or hidden to external assistants. Information the assistant retrieves is processed by its provider.

Control connections and tools

An administrator decides which AI connections staff can use and can disable tool groups. Access can be revoked. Kai inside Kaduno has its own settings and is unaffected by the external AI connection switch.

Good to know.

Is this the same as Kai?

Kai is the assistant inside Kaduno. The connection lets you use Kaduno’s data and actions from ChatGPT, Claude or another compatible assistant. Choose the workspace that suits the task.

Does the assistant get access to everything?

No. The connection type, selected store, modules, role and agent policy determine what is available. A feature being present in the admin does not mean every connection offers it.

How do we get started?

Start with a concrete question about the store. We help you choose a connection, review customer data and permissions, and try a read-only task before using changes.

Start with one module.
Expand when you need to.

Tell us where it hurts — and we will show you how Kaduno solves it. A 30-minute demo, in Norwegian or English.
